Over the decades, Genius became an iconic game, remembered for its distinctive design and nostalgic value across generations.
The "Marcas Ícones" award honors the most iconic brands in Espírito Santo - Brasil, those that stand out not only for brand awareness but also for building strong emotional connections with the public. In the "Cooperative" category, the award recognizes institutions that represent the spirit of collaboration, trust, and collective value.
For this digital magazine feature, the team developed an interactive ad concept: a clickable button that redirects readers to the official Sicoob website. The button design is eye-catching and intentionally resembles arcade machine controls, bringing a nostalgic, playful vibe that amplifies the Simon-inspired theme while driving user engagement.
To celebrate Sicoob’s recognition as an iconic brand, the team created a nostalgic and playful experience, affectionately named Sicoob Genius. Inspired by the classic memory game, each quadrant of the logo lights up in colorful sequences, just like in the original Genius/Simon game.
This creative twist reinforces brand recognition by blending emotional memory, interactivity, and the symbolic value of the award. It’s a fun and engaging way to keep Sicoob vividly remembered, just like an icon should be.
